Edick Valuation Services LLC. is a service-oriented company that is part of the real estate appraisal, construction, home inspection, and lending community in Minneapolis. At Edick Valuation Services LLC (EVS), we strive to promptly provide our clients with accurate, error-free home appraisals and comprehensive home inspections.

EVS Appraisers and home inspectors present themselves in a courteous, ethical, unbiased, and professional manner at ALL times. Edick Valuation Services LLC adheres to the ASHI Standards of Practice for their Home Inspection Services and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as developed and modified from time to time by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation. We also follow the rules and regulations as promulgated by the State of Minnesota.
